Training

Rugby is a sport that requires each player to be physically competent in every fitness component from Speed and Agility to Strength, Power and Aerobic Capacity. It is not an easy sport to train for! And finding time and exercises to touch on all fitness aspects is one of the challenges. The training pages will help you progress your training throughout the year, give you ideas and exercises specific for rugby. Train Hard, Train Smart and get the results!

Nutrition:

Without the right nutrition you will not progress as a player and your training and performance on the field will suffer. The nutritional pages will help you optimise your training and playing nutrition to gain the results you desire. Train Hard, Eat Smart and get results!
