Health and Safety obligations of property owners and employers place responsibilities on all clubs. Information on this site is a guide to helping your club plan and implement health and safety procedures. There are different health and safety responsibilities for clubs depending on if you employ people or not and the following manual's will help to explain this further.
Note: In order for a club to be affiliated to the Bay of Plenty Rugby Union, clubs are now required to submit their health and safety plan to the Union. This is submitted on a yearly basis with team entries. Information around this will be sent to clubs early on in the 2018 season.
