Delany (25) had an outstanding 2007 Steamers season and was recognized with a position in the Highlanders Super 14 squad.
Latimer (22) is renowned for his tireless work ethic and with three years Super Rugby experience has established himself as one of the preeminent opensides in New Zealand.
Bourke (23) has been a regular in Bay colours since he burst onto the scene in 2003 and has been rewarded with a Chiefs wider training squad position this year.
