*Key Learnings*

• "The BOP Way" - Five things we can all go out and nail in our next game, no matter the grade.
  • Arrive early, clear plan for our game
  • Build positive relationships with key people before the match
  • Lineout - slow it down, set up perfectly from the very first one. Have the right people in the right place at the right time. Referee from the front for at least the first few to have presence.
  • Scrum - slow down, use positive simple messages. Set up perfectly from the first one. Simple messages use same words as pre-match.
  • First 5 whistled decisions - accurate and relevant.

Your "Game" begins in the days ahead - prepare yourself for success.
