Four Square Mount Maunganui gets behind Secondary School Rugby

Sasa and Tania Overand love seeing young people being active and this was the foundation for Four Square Mount Maunganui becoming naming rights sponsor for all Bay of Plenty Secondary School Competitions for the next 2 seasons.

“Our family have recently moved to Mount Maunganui and established the new Four Square Supermarket located on the corner of Maunganui Road and Banks Ave, which we are very proud of. Our aim is to support the community that support us and the partnership with Bay of Plenty Rugby appealed to us in many ways”.

The new store showcases premium local brands, barista made coffee, self-service checkouts, and fresh food-to-go options.  The store opens from 7am until 8pm, seven days a week. Sasa and Tania, have four children, recently moved from Wellington and love the area. Sasa says they have always wanted to live and work in a location with beautiful beaches and a great climate.

“We’re really pumped to bring the new look Four Square to the community.  The Mount is so much more than a holiday destination, it’s home to a really welcoming local community and we’re looking forward to being a part of it.”

The 2024 Four Square Mount Maunganui Bay of Plenty Secondary Schools Rugby Competitions gets underway next week with 19 Girls teams lining up across 2 grades, followed by the Boys grades on Friday and Saturday.
