An exciting opportunity has arisen at Bay of Plenty Rugby. We are looking for a new Athlete Pathways Manager.
As a member of the Performance Team, support the union's Athlete Development strategy (Male - 80% & Female - 20%) with the aim of being regarded as the best programme in the country
This role will include co-ordinating with other Performance Team staff, programmes to accelerate Athlete Development
Lead the Talent Identification and Retention strategy for players from under 19 level down to ensure we see greater numbers retained in the union
To have a sound knowledge of the Union's goals and objectives and to contribute to the achievement of these to the best of his or her ability
Foster positive and productive relationships with players, parents and the wider rugby community to support the BOPRU identification and retention strategy
Help raise a positive profile for playing and staying with Bay of Plenty Rugby
